Project Overview
This project involves complete site preparation, high-quality poured-in-place surfacing, and the installation of new playground equipment, ensuring a safe, durable, and visually appealing play environment. All aspects of the work are conducted with professional care and attention to detail.
Scope of Work
Mulch and Dirt Removal
- Removal of 8-10 inches of mulch and dirt across approximately 7,800 square feet
- Estimated volume: 273 tons (196 cubic yards)
- Includes all labor, materials, and dump fees
Base Preparation
- Install 5-6 inches of Class 2 base over 7,800 square feet
- Estimated volume: 170 tons (120 cubic yards)
- Includes compaction of 90-95% every 4 inches, ensuring a stable foundation
- All labor materials , and freight included
Poured-in-Place (PIP) Rubber Surfacing
- Install 3 1/2 inches of PIP surfacing
- Color Mix: 50% standard color (Blue, Green, Red, or Beige) and 50% Black with aromatic binder
- Includes all labor, materials, and freight
New Equipment Installation
- Provide and install a new balance beam, ensuring proper alignment and safety compliance
